The last few weeks have been spent getting to know them and considering what areas would be appropriate to address. It should be a valuable overall experience for learning ways of engaging students who aren't as motivated as they could be, and building relationships with young people in secondary education. Links between art, sport and music were generally considered to be strong hooks of such engagement when this was discussed in the interim crit.
